Swely gel and Microlys cold swelling starches provide instant viscosity in cold processes, and great baking stability when combined with sodium alginate.

For hot processes, the Microlys cook-up range provide fillings with high viscosity and a clear taste. 

For e-number free formulations, we recommend using our clean label starches from the Lyckeby Careful range.
