Low fat margarine

Our starch ranges Lyckeby GS and Lyckeby Volume offer starch for low fat margarine production.

 The starches have excellent emulsion stabilizing qualities and are specially developed to suit the processes used in low fat margarine production.​

The Lyckeby GS (gelling starch) range are modified potato starches especially developed for this application. They provide a rich mouth feel and good spreadability properties to the margarine.

For cost efficient production of puff pastry margarine we recomment the starch Lyckeby Volume CX specially designesd for this specific application.​
